The project consists in the migration from SAP 4.5B to MySAP 2005 included the migration to UNICODE.
January 2006 - June 2007 Implementation of two new companies
The implementation consisted in the adaptation of the actual IT Systems, like IBM Mainframe, SAP, EDI and Infrastructure,
to fit with the requirements of the new companies.
I was the contact person for the implementation.
September – January 2006 Analysis and optimization of internal ITIL processes
Based on the standards of ITIL and the already implemented processes, I analyzed possible improvements and optimization
of the actual processes in coordination with several departments of the company.
April to June 2005 Implementation of “SAP Authorizations and Security Concept”
Definition of security and authorization concept based on internal Audit, verification of the definition with the departments head and CFO
finally implementation of the concept together with the SAP Headquarter.
October to April 2005 Director of Project Management of the “Integration of Oracle Finance with SAP”
The project team consisted..... My main duties have been the definition, planning, control and coordination
of the project as well as the organization of the end user training for 86 persons.
